Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy and use a Rased license. Please read them before ordering.
1. The license
A license gives you the right to use one customized copy of Rased on one computer. You do not acquire ownership of the software or its source code.
You may not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the application or its installer.
2. Rental license
The rental license costs 500 EGP per month. Each month is unlocked with an activation code that we issue after receiving that month's payment.
If a month is not paid, no code is issued for it and the application stays locked until a valid code is entered. Your data remains on your computer.
3. Permanent license
The permanent license is a one-time payment of 6,000 EGP. It does not expire and requires no monthly codes.
The activation code is tied to the computer it was issued for. Moving the license to another computer requires contacting us.
4. Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet. Your order is activated only after our team confirms the payment.
Submitting a transfer reference that does not match a real payment may lead to cancellation of the order and the account.
5. Branding content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logo and names you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may refuse branding content that is offensive or unlawful.
6. Your data
Student, attendance and payment records are stored on your own computer. You are responsible for keeping backups and for complying with the law when handling students' and parents' data.
7. Support and changes
We provide support through the contact channels listed on this website. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
