License and activation policy
How licenses, activation codes and computers work for Rased.
Who issues codes
Activation codes are issued only by the Rased team, after the related payment is confirmed. Codes received from anyone else are not valid.
No codes are issued for months that have not been paid.
One license, one computer
Each license is tied to the computer it is activated on, identified by the Machine ID shown on the app's activation screen.
Using the app on an additional computer requires another license or our written approval.
Rental codes
Each rental month needs its own code. A code works only for its month and only on its computer.
If a month is not renewed, the app locks at the end of the paid period until the next code is entered. No data is deleted.
Permanent codes
A permanent code activates the app on its computer with no expiry date and no monthly renewals.
Moving to a new computer
Contact us before reinstalling Windows or replacing your computer. We will help you move your data and issue a code for the new computer.
We may decline repeated transfers that suggest a license is being shared.
Sharing and tampering
Sharing codes, copying the app to other computers or trying to bypass activation ends the license without a refund.
