Rased is digital software. Nothing is shipped; this page explains how and when you receive it.
What you receive
A Windows installer built with your branding, an installation guide and the activation code or codes for your plan.
When you receive it
Your app is built after your payment is confirmed and your branding is submitted. You can follow the build from your dashboard, and we will contact you if there is a delay.
An installer is never marked as ready until it has been built successfully and is available to download.
How you download it
Download links are available from your account and expire after a short time for security. You can request a new link at any time while your license is active.
Installers are kept for 30 days. After that, you can rebuild your app from your dashboard at no extra cost.
Activation codes
Codes are delivered by our team as described in the License and activation policy.
Delivery problems
If you can't download or install your app, contact us and we will help you or send it again.
